Understanding the Channels Module
Here you will learn about the channels you can connect in Atomchat and their basic functionalities.
The Administrator is the only one who has permissions to configure channels in Atom.
In this module you can connect, edit and delete the channels you want to link in Atom.
Connect channels
To access the Channels module, you must enter the left side menu at Configuration Menu > Platform > Channels
You can connect the following channels, and then you will have access to the articles corresponding to the connection of each of them:
How to edit a channel?
To edit a channel, you must enter the Configuration module > Platform > Channels. In the chosen channel, you must click on the three-dot menu and click on Edit:
There you will visualize each of the stages previously seen in the Channel configuration, and in each of them, you can make the modifications you need. To advance to the next section, you can do so by clicking on Continue. To return to a previous section, you must click on Return.
Once the modification is done, you must save your changes in the last Summary screen, by clicking on Save.
How to Delete a channel?
If you want to stop using a Channel or disconnect it, the only possible option is to delete it. To delete a Channel, you must enter the Configuration module > Platform > Channels. In the chosen channel, you must click on the three-dot menu and click on Delete:
Next, Atomchat will ask you if you confirm the deletion of the channel, and for this you must click on Accept.
