HubSpot Configuration Module in Atom
Here you can configure everything you need to get your integration with HubSpot working
To configure your integration, go to the Configuration Module > Platform > Integrations. Then click on the 3 dots and select the Configuration option.
Initial Configuration Screen
On this screen you can manage and customize all the configurations you need for your integration with HubSpot.
Here you can choose to activate two types of links:
Automatically link contacts: As its name indicates, with this button you can activate or deactivate the option that every time someone writes you a message, the contact is automatically synchronized in HubSpot. This option provides more agility for your advisors and frees them from performing repetitive actions by having automatic synchronization.
Link new contacts without email when assigning: You can activate this functionality if you want to integrate contacts in HubSpot that do not have email information.
HubSpot contact properties.
Here you can see the HubSpot contact properties, Atom properties, and Facebook Ad to native button properties with their corresponding mappings.
You can add new properties through the Add property button, and in the 3-dot menu, you can Edit or Delete those properties that allow it and are not grayed out. If you want to know more about mapping HubSpot properties, read the following article.
Contact synchronization history
If you have updated any information, you can see the history of synchronizations with their respective metrics.
Import users from HubSpot
In this option you can select the users you have registered in HubSpot with their respective Teams to synchronize them and create them as advisors in Atom with their respective groups.
Important:
The name of the HubSpot Team must match the name of the Atom group to load it by default, otherwise you must assign the groups manually.
The default status of the users you import will be Offline and is configured as Assignable.
Assignment of contact owners by groups
By activating this option, you can activate the assignment of owners by priority and select the groups to which this assignment is a priority. To do this, activate priority assignment by owner, and then select the corresponding group. To fix the changes, click Save.
Important:
If the user to whom the conversation should be assigned appears in Atom as out of hours and is not configured as “Assignable”, it will not be assigned.
To configure a user as “Assignable” you must go to the Configuration Module and select the “User status” option to edit.
💡 Example:
Your advisor Ana is in the Atom sales group, and is the owner of the contact Pedro.
If Pedro comes into contact with your company, and the conversation is routed to the sales group, this contact is assigned to Ana automatically.
In the event that Ana is not in the Sales group, the automation will assign your client Pedro randomly, to the advisor who is available.
