Understanding the Customer Module

Getting to Know the Customer Module

This module has several functionalities for managing customers who have interacted with your company.

Getting to Know the Customer Module

To access the customer module, you can do so through the left sidebar menu in Atom.

How to Search for a Customer?

To search for an existing customer in Atom, simply click on the search bar located in the upper right corner and the following window will appear:

In this bar, you can type the phone number, first and last name, or email address of the customer you are looking for. Additionally, you can use filters to facilitate the search:

  • Assigned to Bot: Will show in the results all customers who are assigned to a bot. These can be customers who have already been served, whose management has been closed, and have returned to the bot, or they may have written recently and are still in the inbound flow.

  • Agent: Will show all customers who are assigned to the agents you select. You can filter several agents at once or the name of a bot.

  • Groups: Filters all customers assigned to a specific group(s). As with the agent filter, you can filter several groups at once.

  • Channels: With this option, you can filter by channels. Keep in mind that when choosing a channel, it will filter all WhatsApp numbers, all Facebook pages, all Instagram pages, all Twitter pages, or all Telegram channels grouped together.

  • Tags: If you have already created and classified your customers by tags, you can search by a specific tag(s). For more information on creating tags, you can see this article.

⚠️ You can only find customers who are assigned to an agent or an inbound bot. If you have created or updated customers from a campaign list, you can only find them under the following conditions:
