In this article, we explain the campaign categorization functionality, how you can visualize it, and how it will help you analyze its results in more depth.

This functionality will be available only to some clients and industries for testing purposes.

The Campaign Categorization function is an advanced marketing tool designed to automatically analyze and categorize campaigns according to their purpose and objectives. This will allow you to identify patterns of success, and optimize strategies.

The available categories include: Lead Generation: Capture of personal data from potential customers through forms or direct questions. Retention/Loyalty: Encourages the loyalty of existing customers with reward programs, personalized notifications and relevant reminders. Remarketing: Recovers potential customers or abandoned sales through personalized messages that reactivate interest. Lead Nurturing: Provides educational or informative content to explain products or services in detail. Direct Sales: Drives direct purchase of specific products or services. Promotions: Offers discounts, exclusive benefits and special dynamics to capture the customer's attention. Cross-Selling: Proposes additional products or services related to a previous purchase. Invitation to Events: Manages participation in relevant activities, conferences or webinars. Surveys: Collects opinions and feedback from customers to improve products or services. Internal Tests: Classifies test shipments to separate them from real campaigns.

The sections you can view are: Distribution by Category Represents the percentage of participation of each campaign category in the total number of shipments. Distribution by Campaign Type Divides the campaigns according to the type of shipment, providing a perspective of the channel used. Performance by Campaign Type and Category Summary Table: Shows key performance metrics by campaign type, highlighting: Conversations: Number of interactions generated. Sent: Total number of campaigns sent. % Read: Percentage of campaigns opened. % Responded: Percentage of campaigns that generated a response. Assigned: Interactions that were assigned for follow-up. Example: Shipments by Day and Category Represents the number of shipments by category and day, allowing you to identify patterns and trends over time

Clear and Accessible Visualization:

  • To access this visualization, go to the left side menu of Reports > Outbound > Categories

  • Here you can view a Summary and a Detailed Report of each of the Campaigns.
