📊 What is the Flow Report by Classifications?
This section within your Outbound reporting allows you to evaluate the performance of your campaigns based on the classifications (closing categories) applied. It is ideal for measuring the effectiveness of your automated flows, understanding at what point your customers interact or abandon, and optimizing your mass communication strategies.
🧩 Tab: Results (Main Metrics)
This view centralizes the key indicators of your campaigns so you can audit their success:
Total Contacts: Represents the number of unique people (phone numbers) that were in the lists of your campaigns sent during the selected period (by default, the last 30 days).
Successful Sends: Measures the number of conversations initiated by your sends.
⚠️ Important Clarification (vs. General Report): This number is usually higher than "Conversations Initiated" in the General Report. Why? If you send a campaign to a customer with an already open and ongoing chat, this report counts it as a "Successful Send" (+1), but the General Report does not consider it a new conversation.
Assigned: Represents the number of conversations generated that were subsequently successfully transferred to an agent.
Sales: Counts the conversations generated that ended with a classification configured as type "Sale".
Flow Summary by Classifications: A table that allows you to compare your different flows in terms of contact volume and performance (views, responses, assignments, and sales in numbers and percentages).
Conversion Funnel: Shows visually how conversations advance stage by stage.
💡 Note about the funnel: You might notice there are more conversations "Assigned" than "Read" or "Responded". This occurs because in certain Meta sends, the exact read confirmation is not returned, but Atom does precisely record when the chat passes to an agent's inbox.
Classification Distribution and Summary: Charts that detail how many times each closing reason was used (and its category, e.g., Positive or Negative Outcome) in assigned and classified chats.
🔀 Tab: Responded Flows
This tab aims to visualize the exact path your customers took within your bot (FlowBuilder) when responding to a campaign.
💡 Analysis Tip: For the charts on this tab to make sense and not mix data, it is essential to use the filter and select a single campaign name at a time.
First Option Selected: Shows which options or buttons customers selected in the first interactive question ("Evaluate") within the flow.
Flow Completion: Details how the customer's interaction with the bot ended:
Assigns to Agent: The bot successfully transferred the chat to a human.
Abandonment: The customer stopped responding and the flow never assigned nor finished it.
End of Flow: The automatic closing block programmed in the flow was reached.
Classification and Tag Journey: Act as funnels showing how many times customers passed through each tag or classification throughout their journey through the bot's branches.
Last Message Before Abandonment: Tells you exactly what the last message or question the bot showed the customer was before they stopped responding. Useful for improving texts that create friction!
📥 Tab: Audit (Downloads)
This section shows you the raw list of all generated interactions, including all the fields mentioned in the report for detailed row-by-row review.
📝 Display and Export Limits: The table within the platform will show you a maximum of 2,000 rows as a preview. However, when you click to download (in .csv, .xlsx, or .json format), the exported file will contain your complete history of up to 1,000,000 records.
