Health Metrics of Campaigns

Understand the performance of your shipments and quickly diagnose any problem with the campaign health metrics panel. Learn how to interpret the results, download reports and optimize your strategy in Atom. 🚀

📊 What are Campaign Health Metrics?

The campaign metrics panel is a post-send diagnostic tool that allows you to visualize a detailed breakdown of your message performance.

Instead of guessing why a campaign had interruptions, this panel shows you exactly why there are "Failed" or "Undelivered" messages, detailing direct Meta error codes, exact quantities, and the percentage of impact. This helps you quickly understand the behavior of your sends and troubleshoot problems without relying on technical support.

📍 Where to access these metrics?

To view performance data, follow this access route on the platform:

  1. Go to the left sidebar menu of Atom and select the Campaigns module.

  2. Enter the section you want to consult: Campaigns, Webhooks, Classifications, or Dynamic Flows.

  3. Locate the specific send in the list, go to the actions menu by clicking the three dots (⋯) at the end of the corresponding row and select the "Campaign Metrics" option.

📈 Interpreting the Metrics Panel

When you open the side panel, you'll see a header with your campaign name, a brief description, and a general quality indicator (a visual traffic light based on your delivery rate).

Below the header, the information is summarized in 6 key cards:

  • Customers: The total volume of processed contacts (displayed as a whole number, without percentage).

  • Sent: Percentage of messages that successfully left Atom (calculated on the total number of customers).

  • Read: Percentage of messages that the customer opened (calculated on the messages sent).

  • Replied: Percentage of customers who interacted back (calculated on the messages sent).

  • Errors: Percentage of technical send failures (calculated on the messages sent).

  • Undelivered: Percentage of messages that the network rejected (calculated on the messages sent).

🔍 Error Details and Download

If your campaign has reception issues, the "Error Details" section breaks down the reasons by ordering them from greatest to least impact. Each row will show you the Meta code, the failure description, the number of occurrences, the percentage, and a proportional bar graph.

Incidents are divided into two categories to facilitate diagnosis:

Category

Description

Examples of Meta Codes

Undelivered

Messages rejected by policies, WhatsApp business rules, or end-user eligibility.

131049, 131026, 131050, 130472

Errors

Technical failures, platform blocks, or invalid configurations when attempting to process the send.

131000, 135000, 2388019, 131021

To perform in-depth analysis or clean your databases, you can use the actions located in the panel: click "Download errors" to obtain a detailed CSV file client by client, or consult the general "Error Report".

⚠️ Limitations and Considerations

Before analyzing your dashboards, keep the following system operational considerations in mind:

  • Non-delivery reasons (Meta): Most "Undelivered" messages are due to strict restrictions imposed by WhatsApp (for example: the number is outside the 24-hour window, the user has opted out via opt-out, or the line belongs to an internal Meta experiment). These cases are exclusive decisions of the network and are not always correctable by the Atom user.

  • Campaigns without history: If a campaign did not process sends or lacks data, the panel will simply display the legend: "No metrics available for this campaign."

  • Channel restriction: This analytical panel does not apply to campaigns sent through the Voice channel.

Make data-driven decisions! 🚀

Understanding in depth why a message did not reach its destination allows you to debug your databases, adjust your technical configurations, and dramatically increase the success and profitability of your future campaigns in Atom. ✅
