Outbound Metrics: Flows Campaigns Section

Discover how to interpret the Campaigns section in the Outbound report. Learn to measure the effectiveness of your mass sends, analyze the conversion funnel and optimize your marketing and remarketing strategies. 🚀

📊 What is the Campaigns Report (Outbound)?

The Campaigns report (located within your Outbound reporting) is designed to evaluate the performance of all bulk or proactive sends that your company makes to customers.

It allows you to audit the entire lifecycle of an outgoing message: from the number of send attempts, how many were successfully delivered, how many were read and replied to, to how many of those replies ended up converting into a real sale after being assigned to an advisor.

🔍 Available Filters

To analyze the impact of a specific campaign, you can use the following filters at the top:

  • Send date: Select the period when the campaign was launched.

  • Channel: Specify the platform and phone number used (e.g. WA +504...).

  • Campaign name: Filter by the exact title of the campaign you created on the platform.

  • Last status: Allows you to segment conversations according to the final status of the message (Delivered, Sent, Failed, Read, Replied).

  • Classification and Classification type: Filter by the final result of the conversation (Positive outcome, negative, automatic, etc.). Remember that if the chat had multiple classifications, only the last one will be considered.

  • Flow tag: Filter by the tags that have been applied to customers who interacted with the campaign bot.

🧩 Tab: Results (Main Metrics)

This tab gives you the vital indicators of the overall performance of your sends:

  • Total Contacts (Attempts): Represents the number of unique people (phone numbers) that were in your database at the time of sending.

  • Successful sends (Conversations started): Measures the number of messages that actually left the system and reached the customer's device.

⚠️ Technical clarification: This number is usually higher than "Conversations started" in the General Report. This is because if you send a campaign to a customer who already had an open and active chat with you, the Campaigns Report will count it as a "successful send", but the General Report will not count it as a new chat, because the conversation already existed.

  • Assigned: Of the customers who replied to the campaign, how many were successfully transferred to an agent's inbox.

  • Sales: How many of those conversations were closed with a classification configured as "Sale".

  • Sends per day: A bar chart showing daily send volume. (Shows a maximum of 60 days).

  • Conversion Funnel (Crucial for Marketing): Visually shows how customers progress: Attempts > Successful sends > Read > Replied > Assigned.

  • Performance by campaigns: A table that allows you to compare your campaigns side by side to see which one achieved better response and conversion rates.

  • Classification Distribution and Summary: Charts that detail the closure reasons (classifications) used by your team when closing chats originated by these campaigns.

🔀 Tab: Replied Flows

If your outgoing campaigns are connected to a Bot (FlowBuilder) instead of going directly to an agent, this tab will show you how customers interacted with that automated flow.

💡 Analysis tip: For the charts on this tab to make sense and not mix data, make sure to use the "Campaign name" filter and select only one campaign at a time.

  • First option chosen: If your flow starts with a menu, this chart will show you which options customers select the most (Buttons or Lists).

  • Flow completion: Details whether the customer who interacted with the campaign was assigned, reached an automatic "End of flow", or simply stopped responding (Abandonment).

  • Journey of classifications and tags: Acts as a funnel that shows you which tags and classifications customers went through as they advanced through the bot's branches.

  • Last message before abandonment: Tells you exactly at which message or question in the bot customers stopped responding. Perfect for improving your automation texts!

📥 Tab: Audit (Downloads)

This section shows you the raw list of all conversations generated by your campaigns. It is the main tool for downloading your databases and analyzing them in Excel.

📝 Display limits: The table on the platform will show you a maximum of 2,000 rows as a preview, but at the time of export (in CSV or Excel), the file will include up to 1,000,000 records.

Measure the true ROI of your Outbound! 🚀

Mastering the Campaigns section will allow you to understand which messages resonate best with your audience, at what point they abandon flows, and what strategies are generating real sales for your business. ✅
