To use this function without any issues, make sure you meet the following:
You have an Administrator role with specific permissions to Create Templates.
The WhatsApp lines where you want to copy the template are already configured and in "Connected" status.
⚙️ Step by Step for Bulk Creation
1. Start creating your template
Begin creating your message template as you normally do. The good news is that this function is available regardless of which method you choose! You can do it:
Completely from scratch.
Using Atom Magic (our AI-assisted creation feature).
By selecting a design from the predefined template catalog.
2. Open the replication menu
While you are on the configuration screen (where you write your message), look for and activate the option to select channels where you want to create this same template.
3. Choose your destination channels
When you turn on the option, a selector menu will appear on your screen:
Check the boxes for the additional phone numbers where you want the template to be copied.
System rules for the "Select channels" list:
Status filter: The system will only show channels whose status is exactly "Connected" (ready to operate).
Exclusion filter: The current number being used to create the original template will be automatically excluded from this list, since the base template is being created on it.
4. Save and confirm creation
Click "Create". At that moment, the platform will work for you and create the template simultaneously on your original channel and on all the additional destinations you chose.
What is copied exactly? Each of these copies is identical; they maintain the same name, the same category, and your entire structure intact (your header, main text, footer, and buttons).
5. Verify your new templates
Done! We recommend taking a quick look at your other WhatsApp channels to confirm that the template appears correctly in your list and is ready to use (once Meta approves it).
