How to create WhatsApp templates in Atom?
You have 3 easy options to create your templates in Atom, here we tell you about them:
WhatsApp templates are the messages you use to start a conversation with a customer or prospect. You can use them by including them in your mass campaign flows or to activate a conversation with a specific customer. Learn how to create them.
Access the Templates module
1. Select the option Configurations > Messaging > Templates
2. Next, if you have more than one channel (WhatsApp number) registered in Atom, you must select in which of those lines you want to create your template:
3. Once the line is selected, you can see the created templates and you have the option to create a new one by clicking on the "Create" button located in the upper right corner of the screen.
4. Now you must select the way you want to create your template. Among the available options, you can select one of the following:
Create template from scratch
With the magic of Atom: where you can develop them with Artificial Intelligence.
From Preloaded templates: predefined according to industry and topic.

IMPORTANT:
Template names should not be repeated even if they are inactive because they go through Meta review and when trying to create it, it validates that it already exists in Meta and does not proceed with the creation.
Check that the header of the templates do not have emoji since this also prevents its creation
