⚡ Step by step: Use a pre-loaded template
To take advantage of predefined designs according to your industry and use case, follow these simple instructions:
Go to the left sidebar menu and select Settings > Messaging > Templates.
Select the channel (WhatsApp number) where you want to host your message.
Click the "Create" button, located in the upper right corner of the screen.
In the creation menu, select the "Pre-loaded" option.
Filter your search: In the next section, select your Industry and the Category of your message. The system will show you a list of suggested texts ideal for your business.
Review the options and, when you find the one that best fits your objective, click "Use Template".
Customize the final details: Assign a unique name to your template, select the corresponding operational group, confirm the category, and define the language.
Once you're satisfied, click Create and you're done! Your template will be saved and sent for review.
👁️ Don't forget the Preview!
Before finalizing the creation, we strongly recommend using the Preview button (a small toggle on your editing screen).
By toggling it, you'll be able to see exactly how your content will look on your customers' phone screens. If you notice something needs to be corrected, to return to editing mode simply click on the template again or toggle the control back to its original position.
