💡 How to send us your ideas from the platform
We know that the best tools are built by listening to those who use them every day. That's why we've enabled a direct channel for you to propose new features or improvements to the platform.
Follow these steps to upload your suggestion:
1️⃣ Access the help menu
Go to the bottom left of your screen on the Atom platform and click on the icon with the question mark (?). When you do, our communication bubble will open where you can request help from our support team or ask questions to our virtual assistant "Atomi".
2️⃣ Enter the ideas board
Inside the help menu, look for and click on the option that says "Share my idea". This action will automatically redirect you to our Customer Feedback Board.
3️⃣ Search and vote for existing ideas
Before creating a new request, we recommend exploring the board. You can filter the ideas submitted by other customers to check if someone else has already proposed what you have in mind.
Did you find your idea? Great! Simply vote for it. Each vote adds weight to the request, helping our product team visualize the great interest in developing that feature.
4️⃣ Create a completely new proposal
If you reviewed the board and your idea is completely new and revolutionary, it's time to publish it!
Click on the icon with the plus sign (+) to create a new request.
Select the category or module of Atom that your idea would provide the most value to.
Write a clear and direct title.
Write a detailed description explaining how your idea would work and what problem it would solve.
Press the "Create post" button.
Done! Our product team reviews these requests on a regular basis to listen to you and prioritize the developments that will improve our platform.
You'll be able to track its progress or the status of your request directly on the board by searching for it, or by accessing our product team's official board directly on Canny. 👈🏼
💬 Share your ideas directly with Support
If you find yourself in the middle of a consultation and have an epiphany, don't worry! You can also share your ideas directly with our support agents if you have an active conversation with them. Our team will be delighted to take note of your suggestion and add it internally to the feedback board for you.
