Go to the left sidebar menu and select Settings > Messaging > Templates.
Select the channel (WhatsApp number) where you want to host your template.
Click the "Create" button located in the upper right corner of the screen.
In the options menu, select "With Atom's magic".

Once inside the tool, you will need to provide instructions to the AI to build the perfect message for your campaign:
Describe your objective: In the "Describe the content" text box, clearly explain what your message is about (for example: "A medical appointment reminder" or "A 50% discount promotion on shoes").
Choose the tone of voice: Define how you want the AI to express itself (formal, casual, empathetic, persuasive, etc.).
Configure the interaction: Indicate the number of buttons you need the template to include for your customers.
Generate the text: Click the "Generate" button so the system processes your request and presents you with a structured proposal.
💡 Extra Tip: The key is in the details! Be as clear as possible in your description. If the first result doesn't convince you, you can edit your initial instruction as many times as you want and click the "New suggestion" button so the AI offers you alternative versions.

Once Artificial Intelligence has delivered the ideal text, you will only need to adjust the technical parameters to send it for review:
Complete the system information by assigning a name to your template, selecting the operational group, the corresponding category and the language.
Use the Preview toggle to review exactly how the content will look on a mobile phone screen. (Slide the control or click on the template to return to edit mode).
Once you are completely satisfied with the design and structure, click "Create" and you're done! Your message will be sent to Meta.
