💡 Notes and AI Summary: Improve the management of your conversations
To provide high-quality attention, it is not enough to respond to messages; it is necessary to manage information intelligently. Atom offers you three key tools so that supervisors and agents work in sync: Internal notes, AI Summary, and Voice Transcription.
📝 Notes: Guide your team in private
Notes allow you to save relevant information about a conversation. They are the perfect tool for supervisors to advise agents in real time without the customer seeing absolutely anything.
How to add notes? You can do it from the Conversations or Follow-up module:
Select the conversation you want to review.
Click the Intervene button (the side menu will open).
In the lower section, select Notes.
Type your message or instruction and click Add Notes.
🔒 Total privacy: These notes appear highlighted in the chat for the agent, but are invisible to the customer.
✨ AI Summary: The magic of Atom in one click
AI Summary analyzes the entire conversation and generates a short text with the most important points. This way, supervisors or new agents don't have to read hundreds of messages to understand what the customer needs.
How to activate it?
Go to Settings > Atom's Magic.
Enter Preferences.
Activate the Conversation Summary option.
How to view the summary? Inside the Follow-up module, search for the conversation you're interested in, click on the View conversation icon, and select the AI Summary button in the lower menu.
Note: Keep in mind that summaries are not generated in conversations that were assigned manually.
🎙️ Voice to Text Transcription
Do you receive many audios? Save time by reading the content of voice messages instead of listening to them one by one. This function uses artificial intelligence to automatically convert audio to text.
How to enable transcription?
Go to Settings > Atom's Magic.
Go to Preferences.
Activate the Transcribe voice notes to text option.

Effective supervision: Use Notes to correct agent errors in the moment, preventing the customer from receiving incorrect information.
Time saving: Before entering a long conversation that was already handled by another colleague, read the AI Summary to get up to speed in seconds.
