How to Send Mass Messages?
The Customer Module, in addition to managing your customers, also allows sending WhatsApp templates in a simple way.
To send mass messages, follow the steps detailed below:
In the Customers module, select the customers you want to send the template to.
Select the Send mass messages option, located in the upper right menu of the screen
Select the template and the required data
In case there are incomplete information fields, you will be notified so you can correct them.
When everything is correct, click on "Send" and that's it, you will have sent the mass messages to your customers.
Remember that you can filter customers by:
The different platforms through which they have been contacted.
The tags that have been placed on them.
The date the customer was created.
The date on which the customer's information was updated.
Additionally, Supervisors and Administrators can also filter customers by each Agent involved in the service process
