How to Send Mass Messages?

The Customer Module, in addition to managing your customers, also allows sending WhatsApp templates in a simple way.

To send mass messages, follow the steps detailed below:

  • In the Customers module, select the customers you want to send the template to.

  • Select the Send mass messages option, located in the upper right menu of the screen

  • Select the template and the required data

  • In case there are incomplete information fields, you will be notified so you can correct them.

  • When everything is correct, click on "Send" and that's it, you will have sent the mass messages to your customers.

Remember that you can filter customers by:

  • The different platforms through which they have been contacted.

  • The tags that have been placed on them.

  • The date the customer was created.

  • The date on which the customer's information was updated.

Additionally, Supervisors and Administrators can also filter customers by each Agent involved in the service process
