Steps to respond to a conversation with Templates:

IMPORTANT: in order to send the template, the management must be assigned to a group, because if it is assigned to the bot, the templates will not appear. In addition, the group to which the client is assigned must have templates assigned.

  • Access the Conversations Section:Log in to Atom and go to the Conversations section. Select the conversation of your interest.
