Getting to Know the Channels Module

Learn about the channels you can connect in Atom and their basic functionalities. Find out how to connect, edit, and delete integrations to centralize your company's communication. 🚀

⚙️ Permissions and Access

⚠️ Important: The Administrator is the only user who has permissions to configure channels in Atom.

  • In this module you will be able to connect, edit and delete the channels you want to link on the platform.

🔌 How to connect channels?

To access the Channels module, you must enter the left side menu and follow the route: Settings > Platform > Channels.

You can connect the following channels. Below, you have access to the articles corresponding to the connection of each one:

✏️ How to edit a channel?

To make changes to an existing channel, follow these steps:

  1. Enter the Settings > Platform > Channels module.

  2. On the selected channel, click on the three-dot menu (⋮) and select Edit.

  3. There you will see each of the stages previously seen in the Channel configuration, and in each one of them, you will be able to make the modifications you need.

    • To advance to the next section, you can do so by clicking Continue.

    • To go back to a previous section, you must click Back.

  4. Once you have made the modification, you must save your changes on the last Summary screen by clicking Save.

🗑️ How to delete a channel?

If you want to stop using a Channel or disconnect it, the only possible option is its deletion. To do so:

  1. Enter the Settings > Platform > Channels module.

  2. On the selected channel, click on the three-dot menu (⋮) and select Delete.

  3. Next, Atom will ask you to confirm the deletion of the channel. To confirm your decision, you must click Delete.
