Getting to Know the Groups Module in Atom

Meet the Groups module in Atom and learn how to access, filter, and apply quick actions to organize your team efficiently. 🚀

📍 How to access the Groups module?

To access the groups module, you must go to the left sidebar menu of the platform and follow the route: Settings > User Management > Groups.


🔍 Search Bar and Filters

This bar allows you to quickly find the information you need. It includes the following options:

  • Search by name: Find groups by typing their specific name.

  • Advanced filters by:

    • Transferable Groups: In this filter you have all configured groups available, both active and inactive.

    • Schedule: You can select one or more days of the week when the group provides service.

    • Creation Date: It has the following options: Today, Yesterday, This week, Last 15 days and Custom.

    • Active/Inactive: Through this filter, groups are displayed according to their current operational status.


⚡ Quick actions on groups

In the main list, you will find a column called "Actions". By clicking on the menu of each row, you can execute the following quick actions:

  • Activate or deactivate: Changes the operational status of the group.

  • Transferable Groups: Allows you to select one or several Transferable Groups.

  • Edit: This action opens the "Edit Group" screen to make changes to its configuration.

  • Copy key name: Quickly copy the group identifier to the clipboard.
