Outbound Metrics: Flows by Tagging Section
Discover how to use the outbound report metrics in the flows by tagging section to improve your campaigns. Optimize your strategies here:
Results Tab:
Total Contacts: Represents the number of unique people (phone numbers) who have been on the campaign lists sent in the selected date range in the filters (default last 30 days).
Successful sends: Represents the number of conversations that have been initiated in the selected date range. Clarification 1: This number will be different from the one obtained in the "General Report" with the outbound filter, since in the "general report" we measure conversations started and many campaigns (of any type) are sent on an ongoing conversation, that is, open. Generating that in all "Outbound" reports these cases will be counted as "Successful sends" but not as a new "conversation started" since it was sent on an open conversation. As a result, we will always observe a higher number of "successful sends" within the "Outbound" reports than of the "Conversations started" metric in "General Report" even if it has the same campaign filters.

Assigned: Represents the number of conversations that are then assigned to an agent.
Sales: Represents the number of conversations that were tagged with a sales type tag.
Flow summary by taggings: Allows you to see and compare flows by taggings in volume of contacts and performance in views, answered, assigned and sales (number and percentage)
Conversion Funnel: Represents the number of conversations that went through each stage of the process. Clarification: It is possible that in the "Outbound summary" report there are more conversations assigned to an agent than read and answered even though they are in previous steps in the funnel. This occurs because individual template submissions do not have information on whether it was read or answered, but do have assignment information. In all other Outbound submissions it behaves like a traditional funnel.

Distribution by last tagging: Number of times each type of tagging has been used per group.
Tagging Summary: Number of times each tagging has been used and the type it belongs to (Positive End / Negative End). Only considers assigned and tagged conversations.
Answered Flows Tab
The objective of this tab is to visualize the path within the flow of each bot.
Clarification: For a correct analysis of this tab, it is required to choose a single option in the "Campaign Name" filter and thus only visualize the information of a single flow.
First option chosen: Shows us the options chosen by the client in the first "Evaluate" type option within flowbuilder. Clarification: Soon it will be necessary to select in flowbuilder which is the question that you want to visualize the options chosen in reporting since the first is not always the most important and you can enter the flow through different parts.

Flow completion: Shows us the number of conversations with their type of end. Assigns to agentAbandonment (the client stops answering the bot and the flow does not assign or end the flow) End of flow (flowbuilder flow end element)
Assigns to agent
Abandonment (the client stops answering the bot and the flow does not assign or end the flow)
End of flow (flowbuilder flow end element)
Flow tagging path: Shows the number of times that tagging was passed through in the flow. It would be a "Tagging Funnel"

Last message prior to abandonment: Shows which is the last message shown to the client prior to abandonment in the bot.
Audit Tab
Shows the total list of all conversations with all the fields mentioned in the report.
Clarification:
The table shows a maximum of 2,000 (two thousand) rows, but the download is 1,000,000 (one million) records, available in csv, xlsx and json format.
