  • Total Contacts: Represents the number of unique people (phone numbers) that have been on the lists of campaigns sent in the date period selected in the filters (default last 30 days).

  • Successful Sends: Represents the number of conversations that have been started in the selected date period. Clarification 1: This number will be different from the one obtained in the "General Report" with the outbound filter, since in the "general report" we measure started conversations and many campaigns (of any type) are sent on an ongoing conversation, that is, open. Generating that in all "Outbound" reports these cases will be counted as "Successful Sends" but not as a new "conversation started" since it was sent over an open conversation. As a result, we will always observe a higher number of "successful sends" within the "Outbound" reports than of the "Conversations started" metric in "General Report" even if it has the same campaign filters.

  • Conversion funnel: Represents the number of conversations that went through each stage of the process. Clarification: There is a possibility that in the "Outbound summary" report there are more conversations assigned to an agent than read and answered even though they are in previous steps in the funnel. This occurs because in individual template submissions there is no information on whether it was read or answered, but there is information on assignment. In all other Outbound submissions, it behaves like a traditional funnel.
