Results Tab

  • Total Contacts: Represents the number of unique people (phone numbers) who have been on the campaign lists sent in the date period selected in the filters (default last 30 days).

  • Successful sends: Represents the number of conversations that have been started in the selected date period.Clarification 1: This number will be different from the one obtained in the "General Report" with the outbound filter, since in the "general report" we measure started conversations and many campaigns (of any type) are sent on an ongoing conversation, that is, open. Generating that in all the "Outbound" reports these cases will be counted as "Successful sends" but not as a new "started conversation" since it was sent on an open conversation. As a result, we will always observe a greater number of "successful sends" within the "Outbound" reports than of the "Conversations started" metric in "General Report" even though it has the same campaign filters.

  • Sales: Represents the number of conversations that were typed with a sales-type typing.

  • Conversion Funnel: Represents the number of conversations that went through each stage of the process.Clarification: There is the possibility that in the "Outbound Summary" report there are more conversations assigned to agents than read and answered even though they are in previous steps in the funnel. This occurs because in the sending of individual templates there is no information on whether it was read or answered, but there is information on assignment. In all other Outbound shipments it behaves like a traditional funnel.

  • Webhooks Performance: Its objective is to be able to see and compare Webhook type campaigns in volume of contacts and performance in views, answered, assigned and sales (number and percentages)

  • Distribution by last typing: Number of times each type of typing has been used by group.

  • Typing Summary: Number of times each typing has been used and the type to which it belongs (Positive End / Negative End). Only considers assigned and typed conversations.

Answered Flows Tab

This tab aims to visualize the path within the flow of each bot.

Clarification: For a correct analysis of this tab, it is required to choose a single option in the "Campaign Name" filter and thus only visualize the information of a single flow.

  • First option chosen: Shows us the options chosen by the client in the first "Evaluate" type option within flowbuilder.Clarification: Soon it should be selected in flowbuilder which is the question for which you want to view the options chosen in reporting since not always the first is the most important and you can enter through different parts of the flow.

  • Flow typings route: Shows the number of times you went through that typing in the flow. It would be a "Funnel of typings"

  • Flow tags route: Shows the number of times you went through that tag in the flow. It would be a "Funnel of tags"

  • Last message prior to abandonment: Shows which is the last message that is shown to the client prior to abandonment in the bot.

Audit Tab

The total list of all conversations with all the fields mentioned in the report is displayed.

Clarification:

The table shows a maximum of 2,000 (two thousand) rows, but the download is 1,000,000 (one million) records, available in csv, xlsx and json format.
