Analysis of Flows Report

Discover how to interpret the Flow Analysis report. Learn to measure the effectiveness of your bots, understand how customers interact with your decision branches, and visualize the success of your sales and service funnels. 🚀

📊 What is the Flow Analysis Report?

The Flow Analysis report is a tool designed to analyze the individual effectiveness of each active flow on your platform. Through different charts and tables, it allows you to visualize how customers navigate through your bots, at what point they abandon the conversation, and what decisions they make throughout the journey.

🔍 Available filters in the report

To obtain precise information, you can segment the data using the following filters:

Company: Name of the selected company.

Conversation start date: Date corresponding to the start of the conversation.

Flow direction: Specifies whether the flow corresponds to Incoming (Bots) or Outgoing (Campaign flows) directions.

Flow and Source type: Filters by the flow name and displays the origin of conversations, such as Flow campaigns, Click to WA, Webhooks, etc..

General and detailed intention: Shows in general and detailed manner the stages that conversations have gone through, such as Service, Sales, Both, or No stages.

End type and category: Specifies how the conversation ended within the flow (Assigned, typification, and abandonment) and adds greater detail such as the last action when abandoning or how it was assigned (Bot, agent, task).

Max sales stage and Service stage: Shows the maximum stage reached by the conversation corresponding to sales or service.

Last action: Shows the last action reached by the conversation within the flow.

Field and Value: Shows the names of custom fields associated with customers and the information collected in them.

Identifiers: Allows filtering by the internal identifier of the conversation (Conversation_id) and the company (Company_id).

Branches and Options: Filters by the name of the decision component (Branch name), the chosen response (Branch option), and responses that do not correspond to predefined options (Other option text).

🧩 Report Structure and Metrics

The report is divided into several strategic sections to facilitate your analysis:

1. Flows

Flows with traffic: Indicates how many distinct bots or conversation flows have had at least one interaction in the selected period.

Started conversations: Measures how many unique conversations have interacted with the flows.

Daily traffic by flow: A bar chart that shows the amount of conversations associated with each of the flows, divided by days according to the selected period.

Table by company and flows: Analyzes the individual effectiveness of each active flow, showing the number of conversations and how they are divided among the different stages: service, sales, or both.

2. Summary of Intentions and Completion

General intention and breakdown: Through pie and horizontal bar charts, you observe the distribution of conversations by stages, providing a detailed view of the needs and intentions expressed by users as they advance through the flow.

Flow completion: Shows in general manner the final status of conversations, detailing whether they ended in assignment, abandonment, or typification. Additionally, a detailed table breaks down this completion to identify the exact point of abandonment or the specific typification assigned.

3. Performance by Stages (Sales and Services)

The report divides performance depending on the objective of your flow:

For Sales:

Conversation stages funnel: This chart shows the progression of conversations through each stage, allowing you to identify efficiency until reaching the final sales stage and highlighting the success percentage.

Sales completion: Detailed breakdown of conversation completion according to the maximum sales stage the customer reached.

For Services:

Service type: Shows the breakdown of conversations based on the maximum service stage reached.

Completion by maximum stage - Service: A chart and detailed table that provide context about abandonment or assignment specifically oriented to the service stage.

💡 Information fields: In both sections (Sales and Services), you will find tables that show a breakdown of custom variables (information fields) and the values captured from the customer within that volume of conversations.

4. Branch Analysis (Decision Making)

If your flows contain option menus, this section is vital:

Table of components with branches: Shows how conversations are distributed among the different decision components within the flow.

Selected branch: Shows how conversations are distributed among the different branches selected by customers in such components.

Branch text (Other): Shows customer responses that do not correspond to options within the selection menu. Here the text sent by the customer as a response is literally shown.

Optimize your customers' experience! 🚀

The Flow Analysis report gives you the exact visibility of where your users are getting stuck and what options they prefer. Use this information to refine your bots, reduce the abandonment rate, and increase your conversions in sales and service. ✅
