Help with configuration errors

If you are unable to view Atom within Talkdesk, even after following the previous steps correctly, we recommend the following:

Return to the Cards section in the Workspace Designer, where you will see the card you created.

Press the Pencil icon that appears to the right of your card (16). You will be redirected to the Automation Designer.

16: List of cards

Double-press (double click) on the Atom component. A side panel will open with the configuration of that component.

Press the Preview button, located in the lower right corner.

17: Component Preview

Wait a few seconds while Atom starts loading. When the integration starts loading, you can close the preview.

18: Component Preloading

Save the component by pressing the Save button.

Save and publish the Card by pressing Save and then Publish, in the same way you did when creating the Card.

With this, you will be able to validate the configuration by following the steps described in the Visualize Atom within Talkdesk section.
