Explore the Integrations Submodule: Functions and Configuration

The Integrations submodule allows connections between Atom and preferred CRMs. Currently, it has the possibility of integrating with Zapier, HubSpot, Talkdesk, Facebook Marketing, and Salesforce.

To access the Integrations submodule, follow these steps:

  • Select the Configurations module > Platform > Integrations

On the Integrations screen, the CRMs available to connect with Atom will be displayed, distributed in card format. These cards include a brief description of each application, as well as the integration status (Connect, Connected), as applicable.

The possible states of the integrations are as follows:

  • Connect: indicates that the integration is available to be connected.

Connect: indicates that the integration is available to be connected.

  • Connecting: indicates that the integration is in the process of connecting or that an error occurred during the connection attempt.

Connecting: indicates that the integration is in the process of connecting or that an error occurred during the connection attempt.

  • Connected: indicates that the integration is correctly connected.

Connected: indicates that the integration is correctly connected.

  • Configure: indicates that there is a component pending configuration. Through the three-dot button in Quick Actions, it is possible to see which configuration is missing in the corresponding network.
