Why perform the integration?
With the integration configured, agents will be able to view the Atom conversation tab directly in Talkdesk. This eliminates the need to switch between multiple platforms, allowing agents to focus on providing excellent customer service.
This integration is especially useful for managing conversations that arrive via channels such as WhatsApp, facilitating faster and more efficient communication.
Configuration steps

Click on the icon that opens the application menu, located in the lower left corner.

Click on Explore AppConnect to open the Talkdesk application and solutions panel.

When viewing the following screen, look for the Atom application and click on it to see the application details.

Click the Install button. A modal will be displayed to configure the installation of the Atom application.

Plans: select the Atom plan you want to subscribe to.
Confirm your plan selection and click Next.
Users: select the roles and users within each role who will have access to the integration.
Auto Install: select the roles for which the integration will be automatically enabled whenever new users are created with that role in Talkdesk.
For example: if a new user is created with the agent role, they will automatically have the Atom conversation module enabled.
Authorization: to finalize the integration, check the box to accept the Atom Terms and Conditions and the Talkdesk Terms of Service.
Notifications upon completion
Upon completion, you will see two notifications:
Installation in progress: you will receive an email confirmation informing you that the installation was carried out correctly.
Installation complete: a notification will be displayed confirming the installation of Atom.
Actions to connect the integration within Atom
Click on the gear icon in the side menu to open the Atom settings module.
Go to Settings > Platform > Integrations.
Locate the Talkdesk application in Atom and click the Connect button.
A modal will be displayed for you to review the integration characteristics and the necessary permissions to finalize the connection.
You will receive the following confirmation message:
Integration finalization – Atom conversation module integrated with Talkdesk.
