Actions within Talkdesk
Click on the icon that displays the app menu located in the lower left corner.
Click on Explore AppConnect to open the Talkdesk application and solutions panel.
Once you see the following screen, you must search for the Atom application and click to see the details of the application.
Plans: Select the Atom plan to contract:
Confirm the selection of your plan and click Next
Users: here you will select the roles, and users within each role, who will have access to the integration.
Auto Install: Here you will select the roles for which the integration is enabled by default whenever new users of that role are created within Talkdesk. For example: if a new user is created with the agent role, the Atom conversation module will be automatically enabled.
Authorization: To finalize the integration, you must check the box to accept Atom's Terms and Conditions and Talkdesk's Terms of Service.
Installation in progress. You will receive an email confirmation confirming that the installation was carried out correctly.
Installation completed. You will see a notification confirming the installation of Atom.
Actions to connect integration within Atom:
Click on the gear in the side menu to open the configuration module within Atom
Go to the Settings menu > Platform > Integrations
Identify the Talkdesk app in Atom and click the Connect button:
A modal will be displayed for you to review the features of the integration and permissions to finalize the connection.
