Explore the Integrations Submodule: Functionalities and Configuration

The Integrations submodule allows you to make connections between Atom and your preferred CRMs. Currently, it enables integration with Zapier, HubSpot, Talkdesk, Facebook Marketing and Salesforce.

To access the Integrations submodule, follow the steps below:

  • Select the Settings module > Platform > Integrations

On the Integrations screen, the CRMs available for connection with Atom will be displayed, organized in card format. These cards include a brief description of each application, as well as the integration status (Connect, Connected), as the case may be.

Possible integration statuses

The possible states of integrations are as follows:

  • Connect: indicates that the integration is available to be connected.

  • Connecting: indicates that the integration is in the process of connecting or that an error occurred during the connection attempt.

  • Connected: indicates that the integration has been successfully connected.

  • Configure: indicates that there is some component pending configuration. Through the three-dot button in Quick Actions, you can view which configuration still needs to be completed in the corresponding integration.
