How to create a campaign flow in Atom?

To create a flow, follow these steps:

  • Enter the Campaigns Module > Flows > Create Flow.

  • Choose the creation type according to your needs:From scratch: Design the flow manually, using triggers such as templates or webhooks.

How to publish a flow in Atom?

Once your flow is created, you must publish it so that it is operational and can be used in a campaign.

Considerations before publishing a flow

Before publishing, verify that:

  • All components are connected by an interaction.

  • All branches lead to aFlow EndorAssignmentcomponent.

Steps to publish a flow

  • Click on thePublish Flowbutton.

  • Assign a maximum lifetime for the flow.

  • Confirm the publication by clicking onPublish.

💡 Important:

  • If the flow does not have branches with wait times, a time of 1 hour will be assigned by default.

  • If there are wait times in the flow, the system will add them up and suggest a suitable lifetime.

  • You will not be able to assign a time less than that suggested by the system.

With these steps, your flow will be ready to be used in Atom campaigns.
