Campaign Lists: Upload, Edit and Duplicate

In the Lists Submodule, you can create lists of clients who will receive your campaigns.

What is a List?

Step by step to create Lists

  • In the Lists Submodule, located in the Campaigns Module, click on the "Create List" button located in the upper right part of the screen.

  • A box will automatically appear in which you can choose how you want to create the list: from existing clients, importing a .CSV file or creating a list from HubSpot.

Option 1: Create the list from existing clients:

  • After pressing the "Continue" button, you will find the list with all your clients.

  • Give your list a name.

  • Use the filters to select the contacts you need. You can filter your list by channel, agent, typing, tags, creation date and update date.

  • When you have the filters done, click search.

You can filter your lists by information fields:

  • Your list is filtered, now you just have to click on the "Create" button.

Important:

If the search filter result yields more than 100 results, only these clients will be displayed on the screen. However, when clicking on the "Create" button, all those clients obtained after applying the chosen filtering criteria will be included in the list.

Option 2: Create the list from a .CSV file

Your file must be within these limits:

  • 5 Megabytes

  • 30,000 records

  • 50 columns

  • After pressing the "Continue" button, you must assign a name to the list.

  • Select the file you want to upload and drag it into the box.

  • Once your list is loaded, check the authorization box for your clients and click on the "Continue" button.

  • On the next screen you must map the information from your list to relate each field if necessary, after everything is ready, click "Continue":

  • Finally, select whether or not you want to overwrite client information and then click the create button.

  • If the uploaded document does not have the country code in the phone section, you can add the country code from this last configuration.

Option 3: Create the list from a HubSpot list

To have this option enabled, you must have the Atom + HubSpot integration activated.

  • After pressing the "Continue" button, you must assign a name to the list.

Important:

If you do not enter any value, the existing name in HubSpot will be taken; as long as there is no other list with that same name.

  • Select a HubSpot list by clicking on the corresponding row.

  • Next, you can see the contacts belonging to the chosen list.

  • Click on the Create List button to start the import process from HubSpot.

The import process takes a couple of minutes to complete. Through the status indicator you can see the progress of it:

In the "Actions" column you can see a button with this figure:. By clicking on it, the following options are displayed:

  • Edit.

  • Duplicate.

  • Delete.

  • Rename.

  • Download clients. With this option the list of clients is downloaded in a file with .CSV format

Edit a list

In this option you have the details of the list, with creation and update dates of lists, total contacts, upload history where the added clients and those contacts that failed to upload the list are indicated.

On the other hand, on this screen you can also:

  • Filter contacts by agent, typing and/or update date.

  • Individually delete one or more contacts at a time.

  • Download the client list to a .CSV file.

Duplicate a list

Through this function you can duplicate an existing list. To do this you must choose the name of the new list:
