Create HubSpot contacts from Atom
You can create contacts in HubSpot from Atom in different ways: by activating automatic synchronization, or from the Conversations Module.
Atom validates the existence of the contact in HubSpot through the customer's phone or email.
If the client does not exist, you can integrate it through the "Link" button (in the HubSpot panel).
If the client already exists in HubSpot, when linking it, it will be updated with the existing information and there will be no duplicate contact errors.
If the client already exists in HubSpot, Atom proceeds to send the updated data (if it has been edited).
Below is an example of linking a customer conversation in Atom and its synchronization with HubSpot:
After clicking the "Add to HubSpot" button, you can see that the contact appears integrated into the HubSpot platform:

Automatic Creation of Atom Leads in HubSpot
When generating a new contact in Atom, associated with an email, it will be created automatically in HubSpot.
To enable this functionality:
Go to the Settings > Platform > Integrations module
Click on the 3 dots to access the configuration of the Integration with HubSpot.
Activate the optionAutomatically link contacts when assigning in the HubSpot Configuration section.
IMPORTANT: This functionality does not apply if there is a contact in HubSpot with the same email as the new Atom contact.
