To avoid creating duplicate records, Atom validates the existence of the contact in HubSpot using the customer's phone number or email. If the profile already exists, Atom simply links it and sends the most recent information to automatically update its data.
Below is an example of how linking a conversation in Atom and its synchronization with HubSpot is displayed:
After clicking the "Add to HubSpot" button, you can see that the contact appears integrated in the HubSpot platform:

Automatic Creation of Atom Leads in HubSpot
When creating a new contact in Atom, associated with an email, it will be automatically created in HubSpot.
To enable this functionality:
Go to the Settings > Platform > Integrations module
Click on the 3 dots to access the HubSpot Integration settings.
Activate the automatically synchronize contacts option when assigning in the HubSpot configuration section.
IMPORTANT: This functionality does not apply if a contact already exists in HubSpot with the same email as the new Atom contact.
