Visualize Your Atom Campaign Results in Real Time: A Practical Guide

In the Campaigns panel, you can see the detail and progress of your campaigns in real time, you can also download the results and get more help information.

Campaigns Panel

Once you schedule a campaign, you can track its progress from the Campaigns Panel. Follow these steps:

  • Go to the Campaigns module.

  • Click on the Campaigns submodule.

To download a report in .CSV format showing the details of each column, you can click on the number corresponding to each column. To interpret the errors in the "Failed" column, you can visitthis article.

Download several reports in the Campaigns Module

In this panel you will find the following information:

  • Name: This is the name you have assigned to the created campaign.

  • Type: An icon will be displayed showing the type of campaign created, which can be: FlowTemplateWebhook

  • Flow

  • Template

  • Webhook

  • Status: This shows the status of your campaign, which can be: SentFailedScheduled

  • Sent

  • Failed

  • Scheduled

  • Clients: This is the number of clients assigned to the list used for the campaign.

  • Sent: This is the number of messages that have been sent successfully.

  • Failed: This is the number of messages that could not be sent due to an error.

  • Read: This is the number of messages that have been read by the recipient.

  • Replied: Shows the number of messages that have been replied to.

The messagesreadwill only be displayed if the recipient has enabled "Read Receipts" in the WhatsApp privacy settings.

Campaign results will be counted in this panel only during the life of the campaign.

Webhooks Panel

In this panel you can see the results of campaigns that have been configured with automation through webhook in real time. To get to this panel follow these steps:

  • Click on the Campaigns module.

  • Click on the Webhooks submodule.

In this panel you can find the following information about your webhooks:

  • URL: This is the link of your published webhook, which can be useful if you are configuring it in a CRM, web page or you are testing through Postman. To copy the link, simply click on the icon.

  • Name: This is the name assigned to the flow, this is the same as the name assigned to the corresponding flow.

  • Creator: This is the name of the user who created the flow with the webhook.

  • Status: Indicates the status of the webhook, which can be active or inactive. By default, the panel only shows inactive flows, if you want to see the inactive ones you must update the filter.

  • Started: This is the number of times the request has been executed to send the flow.

  • Failed: This is the number of times the flow submission has failed due to an error.

  • Parameters: Shows the number of parameters required in the messages contained in the flow. To display the list of parameters, click on the corresponding orange text.

Campaign Historical Report

This report is updated every 24 hours and shows information from the "Reports" module. For more information about this report, visitthis article.
