HubSpot Workflow Update
To improve Atom's data structure, first and last names have been separated into distinct fields. As part of that initiative, we updated our HubSpot integration and require Atom users who are running WebHooks and templates from HubSpot Workflows to make the necessary changes so that their workflows continue to function properly.
Who should perform this update?
This update must be done directly in HubSpot. The person who should perform this update must have access to your company's HubSpot account and have Administrator role.
How do I know if I need to update my workflows?
Go to HubSpot > Data Management > Integrations. If you find the Atom integration in the my applications section, you must update the workflows that use that integration.
Steps for migrating WebHooks
Enter HubSpot
Open the Workflows that are in the sidebar menu: Automations > Workflows
6. Add a new action after the “Send Wehbook” component by clicking on the ‘+’ button
7. Choose the action type "Send Webhook (v2)
⚠️IMPORTANT: You must do this for all HubSpot workflows that contain version 1 of "Send Webhook". Don't forget that you can use HubSpot's filters to see only the workflows that are using that component.
Steps for migrating templates
Enter HubSpot
Open the Workflows that are in the sidebar menu: Automations > Workflows
7. Delete the values from the discontinued field and add the first and last name fields.
8. Save the changes.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: You must do this for all HubSpot workflows that contain the "Send Template" component. Don't forget that you can use HubSpot's filters to see only the workflows that are using that component.
