How to integrate HubSpot flow components into your flow

What Hubspot components can you use in Flowbuilder?
Within Atom, in Flowbuilder you will find 4 components to use in your Hubspot-related flows:
Create Contact
Existing Contact
Update Lifecycle Stage
Create Deal
You can find these components both in the side menu of components and in the access to the components through the contextual menu, as shown below:
We will tell you in a brief use case, how you can incorporate these Hubspot components into your current flow or use them in a flow from scratch.
Existing Contact:
Suppose you are a business that wants to capture its customers and recognize whether or not their data is previously in Hubspot.
In the flow, you can use theExisting Contactcomponent to easily check if your customer is already in HubSpot before continuing the interaction. Then, you can direct this contact to another part of the process as needed.
Here, for example, we start the flow with the Customer Recognition component, which will verify whether or not that customer is in Atom. Then, if it finds it, I verify that the contact is in Hubspot with theExisting Contactcomponent.If it finds it, it goes directly to the main menu where the customer will continue with their navigation.
Create Contact:
Now suppose that this contact is the first time they interact in the bot, and is a prospect interested in your product / service. If this contact is ultimately not found in Hubspot, a Jump to the Message piece is applied, which will begin to take the data to save it and that is where theCreate Contactpiece comes into play.
Here we recommend that you ask your client for the data you are interested in storing, such as name, surname, email and in addition to saving these fields in Atom, with the Save Field piece, you can save them in Hubspot using this component.
By double clicking on theCreate Contactcomponent, you can visualize all the properties to be mapped between Hubspot and Atom, and if you need more properties, you can add them through theadd propertyoption, by clicking on the "+" icon ofadd new mapping,and there you can add the data you need quickly and easily.
Create Deal
Suppose our client is interested in a product we offer and we want to save this information. I can capture these data of this interest with the Save Field component and in turn, by clicking on the component, I can give it a name, assign it a pipeline and define in which sales stage of the product it is.
Update Lifecycle Stage
According to the sales cycle that this client was building throughout their journey in the flow, I can also update the stage in the sales cycle in some decisive stage of their journey, thanks to theUpdateLifecycle Stagecomponent, and based on their greater or lesser interest in the purchase, qualify them.
Here I can choose between the following stages that are described below:
