Add Atom Custom Actions in HubSpot Workflows
On the workflow creation screen in HubSpot, the Atom custom actions are displayed in the list of available actions, such as:
Send Template
This will give you complete freedom to send templates extracted from ATOM along with the modification of parameters to use HubSpot or ATOM variables.
An example is shown below:
This action has several configurable parameters, such as:
Channel: being an action of the type "Send template", all the WhatsApp channels that the Atom user has configured in it will be enabled.
Template: you can select a template previously loaded and approved from Atom.
Group: You can select whether the template submission will assign the conversation to a specific group.
Template information fields. All the information fields of the previously selected Atom Template are recovered from HubSpot. Each parameter can be completed as follows: a custom value entered by the user, a value from a HubSpot variable or, if not filled, the predefined value in Atom will be assigned.
Send Webhook
Through this action you can use Atom flows that contain webhooks for task automation and sending messages.
To use an Atom webhook in a HubSpot flow, follow these steps:
In the actions menu, choose the "Send webhook" option.
This action has several configurable parameters that vary according to the chosen webhook:
As can be seen, the chosen webhook has 4 parameters (Phone, appointment_date, amount and name). The phone field is always required, while the rest can be mapped in the information fields available in HubSpot.
After clicking on the Save button, the Send Webhook action will be associated with the HubSpot workflow.
