📋 Before you start (Checklist)

To perform this action, make sure you meet the following in your account:

You have a role with Administrator permissions on the platform.
You have access to the Channels or Meta Portfolio module linked to Atom.

If you already have a WhatsApp channel connected and need to activate MMLite, follow these simple steps:

Go to your left sidebar menu and enter the platform and Meta Portfolio module.

Find the new direct button with this name.

💡 Tip: When you click, the magic happens in the background! You no longer need to log in to a Facebook popup window to complete this step.

The system will check instantly and directly with Meta if your portfolio meets the requirements:

✅ Eligible business: MMLite will activate successfully in Atom.
🕓 Business not yet eligible: You'll see a message indicating that MMLite is "pending" for that WABA (WhatsApp Business Account). If this happens, you don't need to do anything else; just wait for confirmation from Meta or try again a few days later.

Once active, the configuration toggle will behave exactly the same as before, enabling the corresponding features within your platform.

To master this update, keep the following points in mind:

Automatic Activation (For new channels!): If you're connecting a WhatsApp channel for the first time, you don't need to follow the steps above. MMLite activates completely automatically as part of the normal connection flow.
Activation per Account (WABA): Remember that this button performs activation individually for each WhatsApp Account (WABA) you have in your portfolio, not globally for your entire company.
Visual cleanup: When creating or editing a WhatsApp channel, you'll notice that the "WABA Migration" checkbox no longer exists. We removed it completely because Meta's new process doesn't need it anymore. Your channel saving still works perfectly!
Updated technology: Your WhatsApp channel connections now use Meta's latest standard version (v4) transparently. You won't notice any changes to the interface, but you'll enjoy greater stability.

What's happening?	Why is it happening?	How do I fix it quickly?
I can't find the "MM Lite" module in my left sidebar menu.	That's normal! We removed that old module to simplify your screen.	Now all activation is done directly from the "Activate MMLite" button within your Meta Portfolio.
The system threw a red error when I tried to connect a new WhatsApp channel.	There was a communication or login failure with Facebook during the process.	The system will now show you a very clear message (snackbar) with the exact error. Read it to find out what failed in Meta and try reconnecting the channel again.
