📊 How to read your template performance metrics
Finding out if your messages are working is now easier than ever! We've updated the templates module in Atom so you can see the performance of your communications at a glance, without needing to search through complicated reports.
📈 What can I see in the templates table?
When you enter your templates list, you'll notice 5 new columns that show you exactly what happened with the messages you sent:
Sent: Total number of messages that left Atom.
Delivered: Messages that successfully reached the customer's phone.
Read: Messages that the customer opened (if they have blue checkmarks enabled).
Replied: Customers who responded to you after receiving the template.
Failed: Messages that could not be delivered (due to incorrect numbers, blocks, etc.).
🔍 The Details and Recommendations Panel
Want to know more about a specific number? Just click on it!
When you click on any metric in the table, a side panel will open on the right side of your screen. This panel will show you:
The exact amount and success percentage.
4 key recommendations to help you improve that number in your next sends.
📥 How to download your errors
If you notice you have many "Failed" messages, you can investigate why. Inside the same side panel, you'll find a button called "Download errors".
This will download a file (CSV) with details of the numbers that failed.

📍 How to access the data?
Depending on the module you're working in, you can open the metrics panel in the following ways:
Templates Module: Click on any metric (number) in the row within the main table.
Campaign Send: When configuring a bulk send and selecting a template, click on the health traffic light that appears just above the message preview.
FlowBuilder: Select a template node in your canvas and review performance information directly in the side panel.
🚨 Troubleshooting common issues
If something doesn't look as expected, check these common scenarios:
❓ "I don't see the new metrics columns in my table"
Make sure you're in the correct Templates module. If you have the appropriate permissions and still don't see them, contact our support team sharing your company ID and a screenshot so we can review it thoroughly.
❓ "The button to download errors is grayed out or the file arrives empty"
This is completely normal if you haven't had any failed messages in the last 7 days (which is great news!). The button automatically disables if there are no recent errors. However, if the table shows you do have recent failures but the file comes out empty, report it to support with the template ID and date.
❓ "The numbers don't match what I expected to see"
Keep in mind that these numbers don't update second by second. The system refreshes the information every 4 hours or each time you enter the module again. If you feel the difference is too large after that time, let us know so we can review it.
❓ "Where do I copy my template ID? I don't see that column anymore"
To keep your table cleaner, we removed the ID column. Now, to copy your template's ID number, simply click the three-dot button (⋮) at the end of the row and select the copy option.
❓ "The side panel keeps loading and doesn't show me the recommendations"
The tips should load instantly along with your numbers. If the panel gets stuck loading infinitely, take a screenshot, copy the template ID and share it with support so we can fix it quickly.
