Visualize your campaign results in real time in Atom: Practical Guide

Monitor your campaigns in Atom in real time. Learn to interpret reading and response metrics, download reports in CSV, and supervise flows via Webhook to optimize your mass strategy. 🚀

📊 Real-time Results Visualization

In Atom, you don't have to wait for a campaign to end to know if it's working. The Campaigns panel gives you a live snapshot of the progress and effectiveness of your sends, allowing you to make data-driven decisions instantly.

🔍 The Campaigns Panel: How to Read Your Metrics?

To track your performance, go to Campaigns Module > Campaigns Submodule. There you'll find the following key columns:

  • Name: The identifier you assigned to your send.

  • Type: Identifies whether it's a Template, Flow, or Webhook campaign.

  • Status: Indicates whether the campaign is Scheduled, currently being Sent, or has Failed.

  • Customers: The total number of contacts in your initial list.

  • Sent: Messages that successfully left the platform.

  • Failed: Sends that bounced (you can click on the number to download the error detail).

  • Read: Messages opened by the customer.

💡 Note: This metric is only counted if the recipient has "Read Confirmation" enabled in their WhatsApp.

  • Replied: The golden metric; indicates how many customers initiated an interaction after the message.

📥 Report Downloads

If you need to bring data to a presentation or external audit:

  1. Individual Report: Click on the number in any column (such as "Failed") to download a .CSV file with the specific detail of those contacts.

  2. Bulk Report: You can select multiple campaigns simultaneously to export a consolidated summary of results.

⚡ Webhooks Panel: Automation Under the Microscope

If your campaigns are triggered through external integrations (CRM, Websites), the Webhooks submodule is your control center:

  • Webhook URL: Copy the direct link to configure your tests in tools like Postman or integrate it into your CRM.

  • Initiated: Times the external request has requested the flow send.

  • Parameters: Indicates how many variables (such as names or dates) the message requires. Click on the orange text to see the complete list.

  • Status: Filter between Active and Inactive webhooks to ensure the connection is operational.

⏳ Campaign Historical Report

Looking for data from months ago? While the main panel is for "now", the Historical Report (located in the Reports module) updates every 24 hours. It's the ideal tool for long-term trend analysis and monthly comparisons.

Turn data into strategy! 🚀

The success of a campaign isn't just about sending it, but understanding what happens after the "click". Monitor your response rates in real time, clean your lists by analyzing failed sends, and use webhooks to connect Atom with the rest of your tools. Measure, adjust, and conquer! ✅
