Our reporting allows you to visualize and evaluate the performance of your operations in a detailed manner.

Purposes of Reporting

In Atom, the reporting section is an essential tool for measuring and analyzing the performance of the various areas of your company. The reports that Atom offers are designed to provide a comprehensive and detailed view of the most relevant metrics, allowing you to effectively track and make decisions.

Below, we will tell you how to access it, the different types of reports available in Atom, and what each of them includes.

Accessing Reporting

To access the reporting in Atom, it is essential to log in with an account that has administrator or supervisor permissions. Once inside the system, follow these steps:

  • Go to the left sidebar menu.

From this section, you can explore the different types of reports that Atom offers.

Types of Reports

Atom has four main types of reports:

Real-Time Report

This report is continuously updated and provides real-time information on:

  • Available agents.

General Report

This report offers a broad overview of general metrics, both Inbound and Outbound:

  • Inbound: Includes traffic initiated by customers, such as questions to the bot or clicks on WhatsApp links.

  • Outbound: Corresponds to traffic generated towards customers through flow campaigns, individual templates, webhooks, and others.

Agent Report

Here, information about the performance of agents is concentrated, with key metrics such as:

  • Service level.

This report is essential for evaluating the quality of care and status changes of agents.

Billing Report

This report allows you to visualize:

  • Conversations billed per client.

First Steps and Features

Each report includes information icons (i) that explain the meaning of the metrics and numerical values. This ensures clarity when analyzing the data.

2.Data Persistence and Update

  • Data remains available for 6 months.

  • Reports are updated daily, except for the Real-Time Report, which is updated continuously.

3.Time Zone Configuration

The time zone used in the reports is configured in Settings > My Company > Configurations. Verify this setting to ensure accuracy.

4.Report Download

You can download the reports (except for the Real-Time Report) by following these steps:

  • Go to the Audit tab.
