What do the following messages mean when trying to create a field?
"The information field cannot match the system field"
This occurs when you try to create a field with the same name, type, and length as a field that comes by default from the system. Remember that Atom already has 3 information fields by default: name, phone, and email. If you want, for example, to create a secondary phone field, you must name it differently to be able to save it.
"An information field with that name already exists but is inactive"
In this case, this message is given when that field has already been created but for some reason an administrator disabled it. We recommend that before creating a new one with a different name for the same purpose, consult with your administrator to see if it is feasible to reuse the inactive field. This way you will avoid inconsistencies in your information. Otherwise, if it is a completely different field and will be used for another purpose, simply name it differently.
IMPORTANT:All the information fields you create will be available in Atom to be used in templates, Webhooks, Flowbuilder and all those places where it is possible to use them.
