🔐 Who can download reports and in what formats?
The Reports module in Atom allows you to analyze operations in detail. While you can view it within the platform, you can also export the information. For data security and privacy reasons, this function is enabled only for users with Supervisor or Administrator roles.
The available download formats are:
.xlsx: Ideal for working directly in Excel.
.csv: Comma-separated values file, excellent for databases or Google Sheets.
.json: Structured data format, ideal for developers or integrations.
.pdf: Visual format that exports the current view or tab, perfect for quick executive summaries.
⚙️ Step-by-step guide to export your data

If what you're looking for is a clean visual capture of current charts for a quick presentation:
Go to the upper right corner of the screen in the reports module.
Click the "Export tab as PDF" button and the system will automatically process the complete view.
🛠️ Troubleshooting common download issues
📌 The data or times don't match my local time: If you notice time differences, it's very likely that your Atom account is using a different regional setting. To fix this, go to the My Company > My Company Information menu and adjust your organization's time zone. (You can also check our specific guide: "How do I adjust my time zone when downloading a report?").
📌 The numbers look strange in Excel (rounded or without decimals): Excel sometimes applies automatic formatting that alters the display of large figures or exact metrics. To avoid this, we recommend opening the file directly in Google Sheets or importing the document in Excel by manually configuring columns with a custom decimal format to preserve the original data precision.
📝 Important technical notes
💡 System capacity: While Atom's web interface displays a maximum limit of 2,000 rows on screen to ensure browsing speed, exported reports in data format can include up to 1,000,000 records, allowing you to perform deep analysis and massive cross-references outside the platform.
Turn your data into decisions! 🚀
Mastering report exports in Atom will give you the technical and visual support needed to lead your team, audit service quality, and present flawless metrics to your company executives. ✅
