📥 How to download a customer conversation
In Atom, you can get a copy of any chat quickly and easily. This is ideal if you need to save a backup of important customer service, share evidence with other areas, or conduct quality audits.
⚙️ Step by step to download a chat
Follow these four steps to get your conversation file:
Enter the Follow-up module: Select this option from the left sidebar menu of your platform.
Find the conversation: Use the filters or search tool to locate the customer whose history you want to obtain.
View the chat: Click on the conversation so the content displays on the right side of the screen.
Choose the format: Click on the three dots (⋮) icon in the upper right corner of the conversation and choose your preferred format:
📄 PDF: Ideal for reading the chat as it appears on mobile, with a clean and professional design.
📊 CSV: Perfect if you need to analyze the data in Excel or process the information technically.
💡 Useful Atom tips
Backup of agreements: We recommend downloading in PDF those conversations where contracts are closed or important agreements are made to have a clear visual proof.
Data analysis: If you are a supervisor and want to search for keywords across many chats, the CSV format will make it easier for you to filter and organize information quickly in a spreadsheet.
Easy access: Remember that you can download both active and closed conversations whenever you have access to the Follow-up module.
