IMPORTANT: To use your Whatsapp Flows, they must be of the Flowbuilder type.

Let's suppose you already have your Bot created and you want to simplify the data collection for the Workshop Appointment through a Whatsapp Flow. In this article you can see how to create it step by step in Atom and now you will see how to connect it in your flow.

First you will enter Atom, in the left side menu, Configurations > Platform > Bots and we will choose our bot to edit it.

To access the Editing option, remember to click on the 3-dot menu and select Edit Flow:

There we go to the sector of our bot to replace with our Whatsapp Flow, in our case, we go to the message where the Workshop Appointment is requested. In the selected message component, we double click to access it and be able to edit it. In the buttons option, we can add our Whatsapp Flow, which we previously created, as shown below:

And that's it! There you can follow your flow as you want, in this case, it will continue if the client needs to make an additional query, for which they will be derived with an advisor or otherwise the client is given the option to End the conversation.

Remember that in Configurations > Messaging > WhatsApp Flows, you have information related to your WhatsApp flows, such as their name, status, update date and actions.

Within Actions, by clicking on the three-dot button, you can access the edition of your Whatsapp flow through the Edit button, or its Download, through the Download button, in two possible formats: CSV and XLSX.

Within the Download CSV option, you can choose between a formatted file, with quotes and breaks or unformatted.
