I'm not getting/hearing Atom notifications

In this article, you'll learn how to activate notifications across the Atom platform so you don't miss new messages and conversations.

Activating notifications on the web platform

To activate notifications on the Atom web platform, you need to go to the Profile control, where you'll see the "Activate Sound" and "Activate notifications" controls as you can see on the screen.

You should also check the browser's notification settings, in case the previous option didn't work.

You can also verify inBrowser site settings, that the Notifications option is set toAllow, as follows:

Activating notifications on mobile (Android and iOS)

In our mobile applications for both Android and iOS, you will find a side menu accessible either by sliding the screen or by tapping the icon located in the upper left corner. Within this menu, you will find theSettingssection, which is shown in the attached screenshot. Here you can manage various options:

InSettings, you will have the possibility to activate notifications in general. This covers both notifications of new conversations and new messages. In addition, you can activate the sound that is played when you receive these notifications.

IMPORTANT: If notifications on your mobile are not activated, check the app's notification center, allowing them to emit notifications and sounds. If you notice that the problem persists, reinstall the app.
