What are WhatsApp Calls in Atom and how to configure them?

❓What are WhatsApp calls?
WhatsApp Calls are a functionality in Beta version that will allow you to make and receive calls from Atom using WhatsApp Business numbers.
👉 They are available for most countries with some exceptions.
IMPORTANT: Keep in mind that in order to activate WA Calls, the channel must be in the Tier of 1000 daily messages. Otherwise, you will not be able to activate WA Calls
📍 How to configure WhatsApp Calls numbers
In Atom, go to:
Settings > Calls > WhatsApp Calls
Go to Settings > WhatsApp Calls.
Select the WhatsApp Business number you want to enable.
Activate: Outgoing calls → so your agents can call customers. Incoming calls → to receive calls from customers and direct them to a voice agent.
Outgoing calls → so your agents can call customers.
Incoming calls → to receive calls from customers and direct them to a voice agent.
Assign a Voice Agent to answer incoming calls.
Click Save.
✅Available options:
Outgoing calls (customer receives call from your number).
Incoming calls (customer calls your number and a configured voice agent answers).
Does not affect your WhatsApp messaging channel.

If your number appears disabled even though WhatsApp Calls is available in your country.
If you cannot assign a voice agent to a channel.
