How to Create Voice Campaigns in Atom

Voice campaignsenable you to send automated calls to customer lists using apre-configuredAI voice agentin Atom.

These types of campaigns are ideal for mass notifications, promotions, or reminders.

⚠️Important:Currently, voice campaigns runonly through Twilio channels, as WhatsApp requires additional permissions that do not allow automatic bulk sending.

❓ Where do I find voice campaigns?

In the Atom side menu, go to:

👉Campaigns > Create campaign > Voice (outbound call)

On the screen, you can choose between three types of campaigns:

  • Template(predefined message)

  • Flow(automated conversation)

  • Voice(automated call with AI voice agent)

🛠️ Step-by-step guide to creating a voice campaign

  • Click onCreate campaignand selectVoice.

  • Complete theCampaign informationsection:Campaign name: assign an identifier name.Voice channel: select an active Twilio number (pre-configured inConfigurations > Calls > Twilio).Customer list: choose the list previously uploaded in Atom.Voice agent: select the agent that will execute the call.

👉 Note: calls are executedin a staggered manner(one by one), even in mass campaigns. Example: if you upload 1000 customers, the system will process each call sequentially until the list is completed.

✅ Campaign Monitoring

Once the campaign is sent, you can consult it in the general listing:

👉Campaigns > Campaign List

The table shows:

  • Status(e.g. sent, pending).

  • Number of customersincluded.

  • Sent, Received, Answered, Failed.

  • Voice agent used.

From theActionsmenu (three dots)you can:

  • View the associated voice agent.

  • Download results in Excel for detailed analysis.

☎️ When to contact support?

  • If your Twilio channel does not appear when creating the campaign.

  • If the calls remain inpendingstate without being executed.

  • If no statistics are generated in the results table.

  • If the voice agent does not execute any of the calls.
