Twilio is an alternative to WhatsApp Calls that allows you to make calls without having to request permission from customers.

Twilio is a third-party provider that allows you to make calls directly from Atom, without having to request authorization from the customer. It is not related to WhatsApp Calls: it is simply another way to manage calls within the platform, and is especially useful in use cases such as voice campaigns or collection management.

  • Click onImport phone.

  • Enter your number's data in Twilio:Country code.Phone number.SID, Token and label configured in your Twilio account.
