To download a customer list, follow these steps:

1. Filter your customer base according to the criteria you consider. You can do this by channels, tags, agents, typing and creation and update dates.

You have the possibility to download the complete list of clients if you do not select any particular filter. You can also select certain clients, from a filtered list, to download their data.
