📥 How to download a customer list in Atom?
Exporting your contact information is a straightforward process that allows you to analyze your database, back up information, or transfer leads to other tools. Follow these steps to perform the download:
1. Filter your customer database (Optional)
Before executing the download, you can segment your database to get exactly the data you need. In the top bar, use the search criteria to filter by:
Channels: Separate customers according to their social network of origin (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, etc.).
Tags: Locate users by the categories (tags) you've assigned to them.
Agents: Filter the customer portfolio of a specific advisor.
Classification: Search contacts based on the reason for closing their last activity.
Dates: Narrow results by the exact date of contact creation or their last update.
2. Select customers and export
Once you have the desired view on your screen, you have the following export options:
Bulk database download: If you want to export the complete list of all customers your company has registered, simply do not select any particular filter and proceed directly with the download button.
Filtered list download: If you applied filters in step 1, when you download you'll get a file containing only the users that meet those criteria.
Manual selection download: If you only need data from a handful of people, you can manually check the boxes of certain customers (within a filtered or general list) to download exclusively their information.
