⚙️ Configuration during first login

When you log into Atom for the first time, the system will invite you to configure 2FA through a pop-up screen. You can follow these steps to activate it instantly:

  1. Start the process: Click the Configure button.

  2. Verify your email: If your administrator email has not yet been validated, click Verify. The system will send you an email to confirm your identity.

  3. Re-authentication: Once your email is verified, return to Atom and click Continue with Configuration. For security, the system will ask you to log in again.

  4. Sync with your mobile: A QR code will appear on screen. Open the Google Authenticator application on your phone and scan the code.

  5. Validate access: Google Authenticator will give you a temporary 6-digit code. Enter it in Atom. When done correctly, the system will show you a message confirming that the configuration was successful.

🔄 How to configure it if you missed the initial prompt?

If you decided to skip the configuration on your first login, don't worry! You can activate it at any time by following this path:

  1. Click on your profile picture (upper corner) and select Manage My Account.

  2. Go to Security options.

  3. Locate the Two-step verification section and click the Configure button.

  4. From here on, the system will guide you through the QR code process mentioned in the previous steps.
