📍 How to access the "My Company" submodule?
Through this section, you will be able to structure the foundations of your account. To enter, follow these simple steps:
Go to the left side menu and select the Settings > Platform > My Company module.
Click on the Settings tab.
⚙️ What can you configure in this submodule?
Within this screen, you will have access to four major customization blocks to adapt Atom to your business needs:
🏢 Edit your company information: Update key data such as your company's official name, your operation's time zone, and the currency type you use.
🔒 Configure security settings: Protect your account by restricting access through allowed IP addresses, set the minimum required password size for your users, and view or generate your API Token (necessary for external integrations with Atom's APIs).
🔑 Configure login: Strengthen access to your platform by enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and configuring alternate login options.
⏰ Configure off-hours: Allows you to set your working hours and business days, plus gives you the ability to enable conversation assignment to your agents even when they enter outside active business hours.
