Create your campaign template from Flowbuilder/Flows

Did you forget to create your template before building your flow? No problem! Learn how to generate templates directly from Flowbuilder, choose carousel formats, and ensure Meta approval for your campaigns. 🚀

🛠️ Create Your Template from Flowbuilder

Sometimes inspiration strikes while you're designing the flow and you realize you don't have the template ready. In Atom, you don't need to leave Flowbuilder to solve it. Here we show you how to integrate message creation within your campaign flows.

🚀 Step by Step: The Creative Shortcut

  1. Start the process: Go to the side menu, select Campaigns > Flows and click the Create Flow button.

  2. Configure the trigger: Select the phone number that the flow will use and, very importantly, choose Template as the trigger.

  3. Choose your path: A screen will open where you'll have two options:

    • Select Existing Template: Choose one you already have approved.

    • Create a Template: Design the message from scratch without leaving the editor.

🎡 Regular Templates vs. Carousel

If you decide to use an existing template, Atom allows you to easily differentiate your sales tools:

  • Regular Templates: The standard text, image, or video format.

  • Carousel Templates: Identifiable by the "Carousel" label in the list. They're perfect for showing multiple products or services in a single scrollable message.

⚠️ Statuses and Meta Approval

Creating the template is just the beginning; remember that Meta (WhatsApp) must give it approval:

  • Subject to approval: Although you publish the flow, the template enters review. If Meta rejects it, you'll see the "With error" label in your flows list.

  • "Publishing" Status: While the flow is in this state, it will not be available to send in campaigns.

  • "Published" Status: Green light! Only when the status changes to "Published" does it mean the template was approved and your campaign is ready to take off.

Don't stop your creative flow! 🚀

If the idea comes to you at the moment, use the Flowbuilder shortcut to create your templates on the fly. Just remember that Meta has the final say: keep an eye on the approval status and make sure you see that beautiful "Published" before you try to launch your mass campaign. Let's get designing! ✅
