Campaign Module

Discover how to manage your bulk shipments professionally. Learn who can access the module, what Meta's technical requirements are, and how to leverage analytics tools to optimize your results.

🚀 Mastering the Campaigns Module in Atom

The Campaigns module is the command center for your mass communications. Due to the impact these actions have on your line's reputation, access is restricted: only users with Supervisor or Administrator roles have the necessary permissions to manage this section.

📋 Requirements for Success

To ensure your campaign goes out on time and without hiccups, make sure you have these three pillars ready:

  1. Template approved by Meta: Without a verified template, there is no sending.

  2. Contact List: Your clean and segmented database.

  3. Bot Flow (Optional): An automated route to provide immediate response when your customers start to interact.

⚠️ The sending limit and quality

A critical point you must consider is the Message Sending Limit per day. This is not a fixed number; it varies dynamically based on the quality rating that Meta assigns to your phone number. Maintaining a low rate of blocks and reports is vital to scale up your sending volume.

🛠️ How to manage your campaigns?

When you access the module, you will see a summary of all your activity. On the right side of each campaign, you will find the three dots (...) menu with key tools:

  • 👁️ View template: A quick preview of the selected message.

  • 📊 Download results: Generate a detailed report on effectiveness. Note: This file may take a few minutes to process due to the volume of data.

  • ❌ Download errors: A CSV file essential for identifying which numbers failed and why (invalid format, non-existent number, etc.).

  • 👯 Duplicate: Clone successful campaigns to save time on setup.

  • 🛑 Stop campaign: Pause an active sending if you detect any last-minute errors.

🧩 Support Sub-modules

For advanced management, Atom divides the tools into three technical areas:

  • Lists: Where you upload and edit your databases.

  • Flows: Where you design the automated response experience.

  • Webhooks: To integrate your campaign data with other external systems in real time.

Take control of your mass strategy! 🚀

The Campaigns module is the power tool for Administrators and Supervisors, allowing you not only to send messages, but to manage lists, flows and webhooks professionally. Always remember to monitor the quality of your number to avoid affecting your sending limits and take advantage of error downloads to clean your databases and optimize every impact. ✅
