Campaigns Module
Only users with the Supervisor or Administrator role have the necessary permissions to access the Campaigns module.
An important point to consider when sending your campaigns is the Message Sending Limit per day:
Message Sending Limit, according to number quality.

Template approved by Meta.
Contact list.
Optional: bot flow for when your customers respond.
How to access the Module?
You will find a summary of all created campaigns, as well as the option to create new ones.
3 dots on the right side:
View template: offers a preview of the selected campaign
Download results: offers a download of the campaign results and the following message can be viewed prior to download. Keep in mind that this file may take a few minutes to generate.
Download errors: offers a download of campaign errors in csv format.
Duplicate: allows you to clone the selected campaign
Stop campaign: if the campaign is active, we can stop it with this option.
